IPwe adds critical public data about your patents from Clarivate’s database to initially mint each IPwe Digital Asset. Then, Smart Intangible Asset Management subscribers can add private data, such as the licensing, prosecution, assertion and transaction history, to the NFT. This process allows IPwe Digital Assets to provide IPwe users with a single verified record of all private and public patent data for each asset, enabling them to transact on the Smart Transactions Marketplace.

Quality and Validity Scores
Our powerful AI generates an analysis on a scale from 0 to 100 to evaluate the quality and validity of each patent. These Quality and Validity scores are determined by evaluating the asset’s relevance (Quality Score) and scanning Prior Art to determine the likelihood of the asset being invalidated (Validity Score).
