IPwe China IP+ Academy
During the Summit, IPwe officially announced the IPwe China IP+ Academy – which includes the XIPU-IPwe IP+ Institute as its first institution. IPwe China plans to work with several innovation-leading universities and research institutes in China, to form similar academies in the next 3-5 years.
Along with its academia initiative, IPwe China announced its first batch of Innovation and Industry mentors – 31 advisors from different backgrounds who are all involved in innovation-related businesses. The mentors will contribute to the operations of the XIPU-IPwe IP+ Institute, closely with IPwe, and will be an integral part of the IPwe ecosystem surrounding high-value patent creation and patent commercialization.
The IPwe – XJTLU relationship adds to a quickening pace of partnership developments which have been secured in recent months, including IBM-IPwe’s NFTs for Intellectual Property, CasperLabs – leaders in enterprise blockchain and part of China’s Blockchain Service Network (BSN), and numerous IP solutions providers who have joined the IPwe Network. These developments have position IPwe as the technology provider for leading corporations, government, and educational institutions – both in Asia and around the world.
